1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetbuze ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the jetbuze website and its associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, jackpot bingo, and betting analysis tools.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on jetbuze, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies (such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) that are separately published on the Platform.

jetbuze is an offshore online gaming platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. jetbuze makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of online gambling in any specific country or region. Players who choose to use the Platform do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from their use.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. jetbuze reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of jetbuze following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of jetbuze is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place any bet, access any game, or claim any promotional offer on the Platform. 18+ This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jetbuze does not make exceptions to the minimum age requirement under any circumstance.

By registering, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are registering the account in your own legal name and not on behalf of any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jetbuze or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jetbuze or had an account closed for a terms violation.

jetbuze reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, the Platform may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to games. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately without appeal, and any funds in the account — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jetbuze, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including division — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh), a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jetbuze. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation. Players who accidentally create a duplicate account must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jetbuze strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the jetbuze support team immediately via live chat or at support@jetbuze.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jetbuze operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard international anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention practices. KYC verification may be triggered at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic review. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the process is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jetbuze are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional banking partners may be added from time to time and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jetbuze account balance within approximately 30 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. jetbuze does not charge a platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside the Platform's control.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will not be credited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically credited to the registered mobile wallet within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. jetbuze reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, including requests from accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified method registered under the same name as the account holder. The Platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed by the Player prior to approval; once approved, withdrawals cannot be cancelled.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jetbuze is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially motivated criminal activity. The Platform reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction may be connected to illicit financial activity. In such cases, the Platform may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder in advance.

5. Bonus & Promotions

jetbuze offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its activation. In the event of a conflict between a general promotional term and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer's terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on jetbuze carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering do not count towards the requirement. Attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk arbitrage betting or collusive play may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are awarded once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Players who operate multiple accounts may not claim a bonus on each account. Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. jetbuze reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, to disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse is suspected, and to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where a violation of bonus terms is identified.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

jetbuze runs seasonal promotions aligned with culturally significant occasions in Bangladesh, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only. Notification of seasonal promotions is sent via email and published on the Platform's promotions page.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jetbuze, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform must not interfere with the experience of other players or the integrity of the games and markets offered.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetbuze:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or algorithms to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards support staff or other players via any communication channel.

6.2 Responsibility for Your Account

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. jetbuze will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other person — including family members — has access to your account or your registered payment methods.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jetbuze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Account found to be held by or accessible to an individual under the age of 18.
• Suspected use of the account for money laundering or other illegal financial conduct.
• Request by a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure due to a terms violation, jetbuze may withhold the balance of the account pending investigation. Where no violation is substantiated, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a violation is confirmed, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for example, as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so by contacting the support team at support@jetbuze or via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after identity verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuze, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, and banking partners).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of any game, market, or promotional offer.
• Errors in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by technical faults — where identified, such errors will be corrected and any bets or transactions placed on the basis of the error may be voided.

Nothing in these Terms limits jetbuze's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risk, that past results do not predict future outcomes, and that the Platform does not guarantee any return on funds deposited. You participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own financial risk.
